Blue Monday

According to scientists, today is the most depressing day of the year, also called: 'Blue monday'. 

But in my opinion, the tric is to not think about that at all!

Thanks for having the word 'mon' in you. That's French for 'mine'. 

In case you weren't aware, monday, but it makes me think of you more as 'my day', and frankly that sounds like a much more promising start to the week.

Volgens onderzoekers, is het vandaag de meest deprimerende dag van het jaar, ook wel 'Blue monday' genoemd. 

Maar in mijn opinie, is het de kunst om daar juist helemaal niet aan te denken!

Bedankt voor het hebben van het woord 'mon' in je. Dat is frans voor 'mijn'.

In het geval dat je het nog niet doorhad, maandag, maar het doet me meer aan jou denken als 'mijn dag', en eerlijk gezegd klinkt dat als een veel meer belovende start van de week.
